Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be credited for any unused time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Team members can collaborate on content, share API keys, and access all platform features. Free tier includes 10 members, and both Professional and Enterprise tiers include unlimited members with advanced permission controls.

We count distinct products and equivalent catalog items (SKUs, variants, and other URLs you optimize as units in geOracle) for AI visibility. The limit is cumulative across your workspace. Free: 100 products, Professional: 1,000, Enterprise: 10,000.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange for invoicing.

Yes. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. The 1-year AI visibility guarantee is included by default with every annual plan, unless you choose to opt out for a lower price. If you keep the guarantee and your AI visibility score doesn't improve within 12 months, we'll extend your subscription for 3 months free, then issue a full refund if results still aren't met.
